Terms of Service
Effective September 9, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Restoral ("Restoral," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you accept them on behalf of yourself and, if you're acting for a business, that business. If you're an agency offering Restoral to your own clients under your own brand, these terms apply to you and you're responsible for your clients' use meeting them.
1. The service
Restoral is an AI front office for service businesses: it answers and places phone calls, responds to website chat and text messages, runs outbound calling campaigns, schedules appointments, and organizes contacts, leads, and deals in a built-in CRM. We improve the platform continuously, which means features may change, be added, or be retired.
2. Accounts
Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and your account information accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account and your team's users. Tell us promptly at the address below if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your communications must be lawful — this one matters
Restoral gives you powerful tools to call, text, and message people at scale. You are the business of record for every communication sent through your account, and you're responsible for using these tools lawfully, including:
- Having a lawful basis and any required consent to call, text, or record the people you contact, under the laws that apply to you and them (telemarketing rules, call-recording and wiretap laws, do-not-call rules, and similar laws elsewhere);
- Uploading only contact lists you have the right to use;
- Honoring opt-outs — when someone asks not to be contacted, that stands (the platform records these and suppresses future calls, and you must not circumvent it);
- Identifying your business truthfully in every conversation and not using the AI to deceive, defraud, or harass anyone.
The platform provides supporting tools — do-not-call suppression, calling-hour windows, opt-out capture — but tools are not legal advice, and using them doesn't by itself make a campaign compliant. If you're unsure what the rules require for your calling, ask a lawyer before you launch.
4. About the AI
Conversations are handled by artificial intelligence. AI is very good and not perfect: it can mishear, misstate, fail to book, or produce summaries and answers that contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing your agents' configuration and prompts, spot-checking conversations, and correcting anything material. Restoral's outputs aren't professional advice, and we don't guarantee any particular volume of leads, bookings, or business results.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Restoral to break the law, to send spam or abusive robocalls, to probe or disrupt the platform's security, to infringe others' rights, or to build a competing product from our software. We may suspend accounts that put the platform, other customers, or the public at risk, and where practical we'll tell you why.
6. Connected services
You can connect third-party accounts — calendars, ad platforms, lead sources — to your Restoral account. Those services have their own terms and their availability isn't ours to control; we access them only as you direct, to provide the service, and you can disconnect them at any time in settings. Calendar sign-in tokens are stored encrypted and disconnecting revokes our access.
7. Fees
Paid plans are billed per the pricing you agree to when you subscribe or per your order with your agency partner. Fees don't include taxes, which you're responsible for. We may suspend service for non-payment after notice.
8. Your data and our platform
Your content is yours: contacts, recordings, transcripts, and CRM records you bring into or generate through the platform belong to you, and you give us the permission we need to process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The platform itself — software, models' configurations, designs, and everything else that makes Restoral work — is ours or our licensors', and no rights in it are granted beyond use of the service. If you send us feedback we're free to use it.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call will be answered or every appointment booked.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues; and our total liability for all claims arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.
11. Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your contact lists, and your use of the service in violation of section 3 (communications compliance) or the law.
12. Term and termination
You can stop using Restoral and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms (with notice and a chance to cure where practical). After termination we'll make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it per our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, which both parties consent to. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stand.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll update the date above and notify customers in the product or by email; continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
